As an artist, herbalist, teacher and weekly newspaper columnist, she is a popular speaker and has been featured in the business section of the Contra Costa Times, San Francisco Chronicle Magazine, Mercury News, Vallejo Times, Vacaville, Martinez and Hills Publications. Her column WEST MEETS EAST in the Benicia Herald weekly newspaper is a popular, 10 years and still running, question and answer format Feng Shui column. Her art images were featured in the International Architectural Magazine on the Power of Artwork in living and working spaces in the Winter Issue 2004.
Caroline has appeared on public and national TV including Fox 40 Sacramento, CA. Radio question and answer interviews are a format she also enjoys and has been a guest speaker for the Carey Bros. National Radio Show, and Napa Valley's Local Radio station. She has appeared on Janet Bowman's TV show, Tele-classes for Coaches of America, and was a recent guest on World Talk Radio's Feng Shui radio show with Terah Katheryn Collins (founder and CEO of The Western School of Feng Shui, in San Diego). Her radio interviews with Clear Channel radio stations about Feng Shui preceded her speaking engagement for the yearly Central Washington State Woman's show.
Her private, city and college workshops are filled with diverse students ranging from corporate employees to the heads of learning institutions such as Santa Clara Reading Counsel School Systems, Surgeon Generals American Medical Association Clinical Convention, Acorn Products Technology-Silicon Valley/Boston/China, Medical Research Laboratories, ARC Architectural Inc., Michael Trahan Design Inc., Washington Outlet Stores and others. Clients are drawn to her unique down to earth manner, locating design detail problems quickly, with an experienced eye. Educating clients and students is her passion. She is a popular speaker and teacher for many realtor-related organizations, religious institutions, government facilities, expos such as Napa Home Show speaker, city evaluation, veterinary, medical, dental and chiropractic clinics have all benefited from her advice. On staff as an art instructor for Cochise College, Arizona Central, and feng shui educator for Solano, CA. and Skagit Valley colleges and Skagit Valley WA Parks and Recreation Departments, in art, herbal medicine making and Feng Shui.
Selling a successful 10-year business called Caroline's Feng Shui Shoppe in Benicia, CA, Caroline recently relocated to WA State, and lives in the San Juan Islands. She maintains an office on the mainland where she practices and advises as a Feng Shui Consultant/Practitioner and mentors students, but will soon be relocating to Portland, Oregon. Her 2008/09 traveling schedule will include teaching and giving consultations on site throughout the US and other countries. A spring feng shui China tour for 2009 and a workshop for "Sacred Divorces" is in the making.
